Homemade Cranberry Conserve Recipe for Holiday Spreads

Ingredients

4 cups raw cranberries
2 oranges, quartered and seeded
2 apples, unpeeled, cored and quartered
2 cups sugar

Method

Place the cranberries, oranges, and apples in a food chopper or food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Transfer the chopped fruit to a bowl, add the sugar, and stir until evenly combined. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld and the sugar to dissolve.

This recipe yields about 1 quart of relish. Store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator; it will keep well for several weeks.
