Let’s talk turkey.
Turkey often feels like a seasonal star: celebrated heavily in November and then tucked away until next year. This sandwich aims to change that — it brings the flavors of Thanksgiving into a simple, everyday lunch.
This is not a roast-dinner remake. It’s a quick, bright sandwich that evokes those familiar flavors without feeling like a full holiday meal.

Salt-and-pepper turkey, sweet dried cranberries, creamy hummus, and the satisfying crunch of chips — together they form a sandwich that feels festive and fun. If you don’t think that’s Thanksgiving in sandwich form, you’re missing out.
Including chips in sandwiches is an underrated move: they add texture, a little salt, and a playful crunch. Plus they make lunches more interesting and portable.

Instead of mayo, this sandwich uses Sabra’s Sea Salt & Black Pepper hummus spread to layer on bold flavor with less fat than traditional mayo. The spread adds creaminess and a peppery kick that complements the turkey and cranberries.
Simple, tasty, and ready in minutes.
