Ingredients needed:

  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • One 12-ounce can frozen tropical punch concentrate
  • 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
  • 7 cups water
  • 3 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon whole allspice
  • One 46-ounce can pineapple juice

How to make Wassail Punch:

Follow these simple steps to prepare a batch of warm wassail for your guests.

1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine the cranberry juice, frozen punch concentrate, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then bring the mixture to a boil.

2. Place the cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and whole allspice in a cheesecloth bag or spice infuser. Add the spice bag to the boiling liquid, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove and discard the spice bag.

3. Just before serving, stir in the pineapple juice. Ladle the punch into mugs and serve hot.
